April '24 newsletter: Killtopia Nano Jams hits Kickstarter!
Help us smash our goal by backing the campaign!
Howdy everyone and happy Friday from Scotland!
Dave here with my April newsletter, and this one’s all about our all-new cyberpunk anthology Killtopia: Nano Jams, which has just launched on Kickstarter (please do check it out and help us smash though our target)
But first, I have even more great Killtopia news to share…
1. Killtopia: The Complete Collection - launching September 24th (preorders open now!)
I’m hyped to announce that Killtopia: The Complete Collection is launching across the UK and US on September 24th via our new publisher, Titan Comics.
The 288 page features all five Killtopia books, tonnes of bonus content and fully remastered editions of Killtopia #1 and #2. I’ll be able to share more about the incredible bonus features we’re working on soon…
Here’s the cover:
Preorders are open NOW through your local comic shop and at these online retailers:
UK preorders
US preorders
A huge thanks to Titan Comics for publishing the collection, and to all of our readers for supporting the series - it always means so much to me and the team!
2. Killtopia: Nano Jams - on Kickstarter now!
It’s here at long last, the first Killtopia short story collection is finally live on Kickstarter and we’ve had a decent start right out of the gate!
We’ve got 30 days to reach the £20,000 we need to make the book happen, so please be sure to bag a copy and share the campaign around if you like!
Kickstarter aside, it’s been such a trip to see the book take shape, with over 80 pages of story and over 20 incredible tales lovingly crafted by over 40 talented contributors. I’ve never worked on such a colossal comic project before, but it’s all gone so well thanks to our amazing collaborators.
Here they are:
The book’s concept is a bit like Black Mirror meets Akira, with each story focusing on how today’s media technology (like phones, VR, computers, apps and more) could evolve in the dystopian future of Neo Tokyo. The range of stories and art styles is simply incredible.
You’ll find lots more information on the stories, and tonnes of artwork from each team on our Kickstarter page. Please do have a look and help us hit the goal if you like what you see.
All the best, and I’ll see you again for May’s update :)
Have an amazing month everyone,
-Dave
Best of lucks! The kick looks amazing!
